BioPathwise helps multidisciplinary biomedical research teams collaborate, organize, and present data and knowledge. Version 2.0’s data repository is integrated with powerful tools for: Interactive Pathway Creation, Database Search, Data Analysis and Simulation, and Publication of Annotated Pathways. Many types of data can be Overlaid Directly on a Pathway, and biomedical researchers can switch between data sets with the click of the mouse to visualize different experiments.
Public Release BioPathwise is being used and enhanced as part of PRIME, The Program for Immune Modeling and Experimentation, a five-year project sponsored by the NIAID. BioPathwise was selected to help make computational modeling accessible to the immunology research community. Beginning with BioPathwise 2.0, BioAnalytics is making BioPathwise commercially available to biomedical researchers. Desktop and server licenses are available for commercial, academic, and classroom use.
